Following Roe v. Wade’s overturn, Rep. Mary Miller thanks Trump for ‘the historic victory for WHITE life’

 

In her message to the former president, Rep. Mary Miller expressed her appreciation for his role in the decision to overturn Roe v Wade. “President Trump, on behalf of all MAGA patriots in America, I would like to thank you for the historic victory for white life in the Supreme Court yesterday.”

In her speech, she says, “Our message needs to be loud and clear. Fire the frauds!" She added, "The RINOS will lie to our faces and do the Democrat’s bidding”

In the meantime, the former president, Donald Trump  celebrates the overturning of Roe v. Wade " as he also  endorsed state Sen. Darren Bailey in the race to become Illinois' next governor Saturday, with the state's primary election just days away.

 

Calling him a fierce supporter of the second amendment and champion of religious liberty, Trump said Bailey has his total and complete endorsement. "He wants to cut your taxes, and he wants to lower your regulations down to the lowest in the country and make Illinois competitive again, because it is not competitive at all."

 

 

He continued to decry the  so called “rigged” election of 2020, by remarking that “They refuse to mention the election fraud and all of the irregularities,” he told the crowd. “There has never been anything like what took place in 2020. They used Covid to rig and steal an election.” 

Trump mentioned Biden's bicycle fall during the "American Freedom Tour". He said, "We do hope that Biden is okay, because that was a hard fall."

 On Saturday morning,  President Biden fell off his bike while riding in Rehoboth Beach, Del. The incident surprised a crowd nearby, but he didn't appear to be seriously injured.

 

During his ride, the president had stopped to greet a group of supporters he met before taking the fall. When asked how he was, Biden reportedly responded "I’m good".

He reiterates that he wants same day voting and blasts Liz Cheney once again.

Trump rails against Pence over his lack of 'courage' in a speech at the Faith and Freedom Coalition In Nashville, TN

 Trump on Friday blasted the former Vice President Mike Pence lacked “courage” in refusing to enforce a plan to overturn the 2020 election results. The former president spoke out at a conservative Christian conference in Nashville in which he referred to a “ludicrous narrative” and “witch hunt” while the House committee probes Trump’s involvement in the Jan. 6 attack. 

Trump’s former aides and staff testified about Trump’s attempts to pressure Pence into rejecting the 2020 election results. One  former Trump assistant testified Trump called Pence a “wimp” . in a heated phone call on Jan 6.

 

However, in his speech, Trump denied calling Pence a wimp, adding that "he had a chance to be great, to be historic, but like Bill Barr and the rest of the weak people, Mike did not have the courage to act.”

Rep. Jim Jordan, R-Ohio, tweeted on Thursday that "Real America" has no interest care in Jan. 6 investigations prior to his own speech at the Faith & Freedom Conference.

The bipartisan House committee, Trump said, has a “menacing spirit” and is putting on a “theatrical production” with “sick and evil people.” He describes the left’s ‘spiritual problems’ as "resentment, envy, intolerance, bigotry, malice, and even rage."

 

During his presidential run in 2024, Trump said he would "very seriously" consider pardoning those people arrested following the Capitol attack on Jan. 6. Which has charges ranging from seditious conspiracy to assaulting law enforcement. 

 

Trump to hold a rally in Mendon, IL on 25th June 2022

The Adams County Fairgrounds in Mendon, Illinois will host a Save America rally with Trump on Saturday, June 25, 2022.

The rally is being held in support of Congresswoman Mary Miller, whom he endorsed in January.

The upcoming primary election pits Miller against Congressman Rodney Davis for a seat in the newly drawn 15th Congressional District, which now includes Quincy.

Last month, Trump held a rally in Casper, Wyoming to endorse Harriet Hageman. In a recent poll, it was reported that Wyoming GOP Rep. Liz Cheney is losing 30% to her rival Harriet Hageman. 

During her lifetime, Cheney voted 77 percent in favor of Heritage Action, the conservative policy advocacy group affiliated with the Heritage Foundation.

Washington D.C. authorities files ethics charges against Rudy Giuliani over false claims about the 2020 election

The District of Columbia filed charges on Friday against Rudy Giuliani for making baseless allegations he made in federal court that the 2020 presidential election was rigged.

 

Giuliani, who is a member of the D.C. bar, is accused of making baseless claims in federal court filings about the results of the 2020 presidential election in Pennsylvania, according to the D.C. Office of Disciplinary Counsel.

The charges were announced a day after the U.S. House Select Committee investigating the Jan. 6 attack on the Capitol had its first prime-time hearing; it laid out  evidence that Trump and his allies were seeking to derail the 2020 election and mobilize supporters to block Congress from certifying Biden's victory.

 

The new charges arose from several legal challenges Giuliani brought in federal court in Pennsylvania in 2020. The charges have been filed with the District of Columbia Court of Appeals Board on Professional Responsibility.

 

Giuliani requested an emergency order that would have prohibited the certification of the presidential election, an order invalidating the votes cast by certain voters in seven counties, and other orders that would have permitted the state's assembly to elect electors and declare Trump the winner in Pennsylvania.

 

His conduct was alleged to have violated two professional conduct rules in Pennsylvania that prohibit attorneys from filing frivolous lawsuits without a merit in law or fact, and to refrain from conduct that is prejudicial to the administration of justice.

Gov. DeWine announced over 300K in Funding for police departments

As part of a multi-million dollar state grant meant to reduce violent crime in Springfield, police will receive over $300,000 to buy multiple cameras to be placed throughout the city.

Mike DeWine, governor of Ohio, announced the third round of grants to law enforcement agencies in the state on Monday. The third round of grants totals $3.9 million, and is part of a larger series of grants worth around $58 million.

 

DeWine said that local law enforcement should make the decisions about how the money is spent in their communities as part of an overall effort to combat the violent crime problem. He added, “ We’re seeing young people being shot throughout this state every weekend. Springfield is no exception. We’re seeing a significant of crime and shootings.”

 

As of May, Springfield police have responded to over 500 incidents involving shootings and weapons complaints.

 

“That is a very, very, scary thing,” he said.

 

A grant of over $305,000 will help Springfield police purchase 40 surveillance cameras that will be strategically placed across the city in order to help police capture video evidence of crimes, or the aftermath.

 

Among the 16 grant announcements on Monday, only Springfield and Coldwater have received funding. Coldwater police received over $16,000 to pay for bonuses and programs aimed at retaining staff, according to the governor’s office.

 

 

 

 

Christie Christie blasts NYT's Haberman over hypocritical gun control debate

New Jersey's former Republican governor Chris Christie took issue with New York Times senior political reporter Maggie Haberman's ironic response to the “gun control problem.”

Senators calls for "realistic gun controls" in the face of growing mass shootings

During a recent interview on ABC’s “Powerhouse Roundtable”, Haberman unexpectedly claimed that the Republican Party was purging anyone who disagreed with the Republican Party's orthodoxies.

Speaking a few weeks ago in a state where 19 children and two teachers were killed in a deadly elementary school shooting, Trump supported Republican calls to resist new gun restrictions and called instead for increased mental health services and school security measures.

In the meantime, Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) challenged gun control advocate David Hogg to meet to discuss “common sense solutions” to recent school shootings, including the February 2018 shooting at Hogg’s Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Florida, which led him into advocacy for gun control.

In the opening remarks, Stephanopoulos asked Haberman about her moral courage in responding to  Chris Jacobs as a Republican Congressman from New York who came out in support of an assault weapons ban after the Buffalo shooting.

“In the Republican Party, this is an extraordinary moment. It’s a purge of anybody who runs against a certain orthodoxies.” , Haberman lamented. As to Jacobs’s New York district, she commented “There is a gun culture there, so it is not surprising that gun control has become a litmus test issue.”

 

At a later point in the interview, Stephanopoulos asked Christie to speak to what Haberman said, before adding his own leftist opinion that “it appears the Republican Party is hardening around this issue.”. Christie responded that “both sides have shown a hardening of their positions” and President Joe Biden’s “speech also reflected that". "Neither side is willing to compromise so there’s no compromise,” Christie added, pointing fingers both ways before Stephanopoulos jumped in to counter Christie’s argument.
